By creating an account, accessing, or using InsurifyAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

InsurifyAI is an AI-powered platform that helps individual consumers manage auto insurance claims. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-generated demand letters and appeal letters
• Real-time call coaching during conversations with insurance adjusters
• Settlement analysis and claims strategy suggestions
• Vehicle appraisal estimates
• A desktop screen overlay assistant
• Access to a state-specific legal knowledge base

3. User Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payments and Refunds

InsurifyAI operates on a pay-per-claim pricing model. Fees are charged when you activate AI features for a specific claim. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable once AI processing has begun. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect claims you have already activated.

5. AI-Generated Content

This is important — please read carefully.

InsurifyAI uses artificial intelligence to generate demand letters, coaching suggestions, settlement estimates, and other content. This AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

InsurifyAI is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified attorney before making important decisions about your insurance claim, especially in cases involving significant injury or financial loss.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by InsurifyAI, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Content you provide to the Service (claim details, uploaded documents, etc.) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant InsurifyAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsurifyAI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or claim outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to InsurifyAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, such as through an in-app notification or email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and close your account.
